Hosted at Egmont Palace in Brussels, the heart of European policymaking, the second edition of the EU-Türkiye Business Summit marks a renewed step in advancing EU-Türkiye economic and strategic cooperation. Under the theme “Enhancing EU-Türkiye Business Relations”, the Summit will bring together leaders from business, government, and civil society to explore how both sides can build a more resilient, competitive, and forward-looking partnership.
The EU-Türkiye relationship stands at a crucial moment. Amid geopolitical shocks, shifting industrial strategies, energy vulnerabilities, and rapid technological transformation, the two sides must move beyond broad dialogue and focus on practical cooperation that delivers for businesses, citizens, and policymakers alike.
The Summit will address four key areas where stronger cooperation is both necessary and achievable: recalibrating the EU-Türkiye Customs Union for a new trade era; reimagining industrial acceleration through trusted, low-carbon value chains; strengthening energy cooperation in a fragmented geopolitical landscape; and advancing trusted AI and digital cooperation across borders.
By focusing on concrete priorities, regulatory trust, and business implementation, the EU-Türkiye Business Summit aims to support a partnership that is pragmatic, resilient, and capable of navigating shared challenges. The second edition will provide a platform for turning interdependence into strategic resilience and for shaping a more competitive EU-Türkiye economic future.
