About the House of Europe

A European Platform for Strategic Dialogue in Davos

Davos represents one of the world’s most influential gatherings of political, business and societal leaders, bringing together an unparalleled concentration of decision-makers, investors, experts and global media. In this unique environment, the House of Europe aims to provide a dedicated European platform to strengthen dialogue, showcase European capabilities and facilitate strategic engagement.

The House of Europe is supported by the European Commission, the European Investment Bank Group, the European Research Council, and the European Innovation Council.

The initiative builds on the experience and success of the Belgium House in Davos, which has demonstrated the value of creating a permanent, high-visibility space where policymakers, business leaders and stakeholders can meet, exchange ideas and build partnerships.

The House of Europe takes this model to the European level, reflecting the role that European countries can play together as middle powers in advancing multilateral cooperation, strengthening economic partnerships and addressing shared global challenges in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape.

A Permanent European Hub in Davos

The House of Europe is not conceived as an additional standalone event in Davos, but as a dedicated European hub for engagement throughout the entire week.

Designed as an all-day, multipurpose platform, it will combine policy dialogue, business engagement, media visibility and high-level networking in one central location. By providing a stable space for interaction, the House enables European actors to connect more effectively with global leaders, investors and partners while contributing to the key conversations shaping the international agenda.
